The Belmont Drive Project is a temporary accommodation and support service for single homeless people who are identified as being high risk/high need and demonstrate chaotic life style choices. The service consists of 11 self-contained, 1-bedroom starter flats which are fully furnished and equipped to assist new tenants in settling into their surroundings, and working towards achieving a more stable lifestyle.

All individuals within this service have a designated Support Worker who works with them to devise a bespoke and realistic support plan from the outset. The tailored support plan will detail how targets will be achieved by the Service User, whilst drawing attention to the resettlement process and addressing the potential move-on opportunities available.
