If the perpetrator is unknown to you, or the identities of the perpetrators are not given – New Start will find it difficult to investigate the complaint.

If the complaint is about any form of criminal activity such as drug dealing or robbery please report the crime to your local police station or call Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
