Report a Repair

If you need to report a repair to New Start about your home please complete the form below. A member of our team will then contact you by telephone within 48 hours to discuss the repair with you.

If your repair is an emergency please call our head office on 0151 708 7103.

Emergency repairs include any defects or damage that may make the property unsafe, insecure or dangerous (e.g. electrical faults, gas escapes, major leaks, security issues or blocked drains etc).

If you smell gas call National Grid on: 0800 111 999, your call will be routed to the emergency call centre.
