New Start is a Liverpool-based, family-run business supporting some of the city's most vulnerable members of society.

During your visit to the site, you can find out about the wide range of support services we offer and the work we are involved with to support the communities of Liverpool.

If you already have a home with New Start you can use the site to view our current activities timetable or use the quick links section to report repairs etc.

  •  Double success for the Sea Odyssey event and the first ever Stanley Park Festival: The 20th - 22nd of April 2012 seen the historic Stanley Park host the awakening of the 'Little Giant Girl' and her uncle to mark the first day of the 3-day long festival. Local residents and visitors enjoyed a family-fun packed weekend, filled with entertainment and plenty of things to do and see. New Start staff attended the event in support of the local community.

  • Liverpool Heartbeat - have a new website! Please click Liverpool Heartbeat to view all the charity's latest news and events to inspire, motivate and excite young people to live healthy lifestyles. Liverpool_Heartbeat_logo_2011art11 

  • Liverpool Foodbank - Able  to assist people in emergency situations.

New Start currently hold vouchers for the South Liverpool foodbank and are able to support New Start tenants in 'crisis situations' with accessing the service. If you are a New Start tenant and would like further information on the Foodbank please ask your allocated Support Worker. Alternatively, information on Liverpool's 3 Foodbanks can be found on a website run by the Trussel Trust.  

2020 The Decade of Health & Wellbeing encourages people to make small changes to their daily routines, improving both 'physical' and 'mental health' - this can potentially add 7.5 YEARS to a persons life expectancy2020_logo_landscape1 

  •  New Start - supporting Sahir House to promote HIV Awareness. New Start proudly raised £51.00 for World AIDS Day 2011. A combination of 51 staff and service users purchased a red ribbon from our collector to show their support to Sahir House. New Start aims to start collecting earlier this year in an attempt to beat the funds raised in 2011. Collections will begin in November 2012.
